The guidance is provided to the client team by the appointed consultant about the newly developed management system during infrequent visits, follow-ups and on job trainings.
INTERNAL AUDIT: The internal audit will be conducted by the client team (Qualified Internal Auditors trained during the training) with the support of the appointed consultant. All developed records will be reviewed and finalized by the consultant.
MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETING: The management review meeting will be held by the client to review the performance of the newly established management system, which will be chaired by the top management, with the assistance of appointed management represented and under the guidance of the appointed consultant. All the developed records will be reviewed and finalized by the consultant.
